Xbajia Terms & Conditions — Learn Before Using

1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions (hereafter referred to as "Terms") apply to all use of the xbajia platform and its services. By creating an account, downloading the xbajia app, or playing any game, you agree to abide by these Terms.

All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, and up to date. Your name, address, mobile number, email — everything must match your true identity. If any information changes later, you must notify xbajia immediately.

2.4 Account Security

• Keep your login username and password completely confidential. Do not share it with anyone.
• Use a strong password and change it regularly.

• You are fully responsible for all activities on your account.
• If you believe your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Rules

3.1 Deposit Methods

Xbajia offers mobile banking, bank transfer, and card payment options for deposits. You can only use payment methods registered in your own name. Using third-party payment methods is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.

3.2 Minimum & Maximum Limits

• Minimum Deposit: BDT 500
• Minimum Withdrawal: BDT 1,000
• Daily withdrawal limit: 100,000 BDT (regular member), 500,000 BDT (VIP member)
• Processing Time: Deposits are instant; withdrawals are processed within 24 hours

3.3 Withdrawal Terms

Before withdrawing, you must wager your deposited amount at least once. This is an international rule to prevent money laundering. If you accept a bonus, you cannot withdraw until you meet the specified wagering requirements. KYC verification may be required before your first withdrawal.

3.4 KYC (Identity Verification)

4.2 Cashback & Reload Bonus

4.3 Bonus Abuse

• Bonus hunting is strictly prohibited.

• In cases of bonus abuse, xbajia reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any associated winnings.

5. Gaming Rules & Fairness

5.1 RNG Certification

All xbajia games use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology that is regularly audited by a third party. Every outcome is completely random and fair. Neither any player nor xbajia itself can control game results.

5.2 Bet Cancellation & Disputes

If a bet is affected by a technical error, software bug, or connection failure, xbajia reserves the right to void that bet and issue a refund. In all disputed matters, xbajia's decision is final.

5.3 Betting Limits

Xbajia sets minimum and maximum bet limits for specific games. These limits vary from game to game and xbajia reserves the right to change them at any time.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on xbajia:

• Fraud & Cheating: Using any form of fraud, manipulation, or software to gain an unfair advantage.
• Collusion (Joint Fraud): Attempting to win unfairly by colluding with other players.
• Use of Bots: Playing games using automated bots, scripts, or third-party software.
• Multiple Accounts: Creating multiple accounts to abuse bonuses or promotions.
• Chargeback Fraud: Claiming a chargeback from your bank or card provider after making a deposit.
• Money Laundering: Using the xbajia platform for money laundering.
• Underage Gaming: Anyone under 18 using xbajia.

7. Responsible Gaming

7.1 Self-Limit Tools

Xbajia is committed to responsible gaming. Every player can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits on their account. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be changed for 24 hours.

7.2 Self-Exclusion

9. Account Closure & Suspension

9.1 Voluntary Closure

You may request to close your xbajia account at any time. Contact our support team and they will complete the process. Once the account is closed, you can withdraw all remaining funds from your wallet; however, any bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be forfeited.

9.2 Closure by xbajia

Xbajia may suspend or permanently close your account for the following reasons:

• Violations of these Terms & Conditions
• Providing false information or committing identity fraud
• Engaging in any fraudulent activity
• KYC Verification Failed
• If an account remains inactive for an extended period (12 months)

10. Terms Amendment Policy
